The relationship between Pearl River and Yamaha was a joint venture benefiting both parties involved for 15 years. Here are some pictures of the Yamaha/Pearl River factory and some of the pianos that were built inside. Yamaha now has its own factory in China.
The light gold plates are Yamaha The dark gold and copper are Pearl River and Ritmuller.
